Introducing Basic Training

You may have noticed that Goats class has been replaced with “Basic Training”.

Basic Training on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6pm is also designed for our current members to have time to work on mobility, skills, goats, olympic lifting, etc. in a coached environment.

The emphasis of basic training classes is also to prepare our new members to enter ongoing CrossFit classes. Putting the focus on skill development and exposure to basic movements for those learning the fundamentals; we are going to be hammering technique—both to ensure safety—and success for the next level.

Because of this, it is critical to be respectful of the noise level during this hour.

Come in prepared with a plan of what you’re going to work on for the hour and use the coaches as resources to help you achieve your goals!
