I was born and raised in Holmdel, graduated from Binghamton University with an Accounting Degree, moved to Columbus, OH, and finally moved back to Holmdel again. After graduating, I had my first flare of psoriasis, which triggered me to change careers into fitness, health, and wellness! I fell in love with Pop Pilates, the fun in working out, and the overall impact the creator had on so many people. While teaching group fitness classes, I would hear about body aches and pains due to everyday lifestyles and exercise. I wanted to be able to help others even more by having a more hands on approach, so I became a Massage Therapist!
My absolute favorite type of massage to give is a therapeutic treatment massage. That is when the techniques are a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue treatment work. I believe that everyone always needs at least a little bit of relaxation, but also should work on pain points and limited range of motion.
I enjoy continuously learning new massage techniques, and figuring out what techniques work best with different bodies. I incorporate different techniques into the session depending on what the client is looking for, and LOVE to see and hear how much better just one session can make!
My goal is to make someone else’s day better!
