HOMEWORK 1
Warm up 2 rounds:
- Jump Rope 2 minutes
- 15 pike sit ups
- 5 perfect pushups

- 3 kick up to handstand
- 10 squats
- 5 pushups with feet on couch
- 20 jump rope attempts

Run 1 mile for time
