Are you training for a hyrox race, spartan, or other fitness obstacle-style competition? 


Fit Race is an excellent way to train for Hyrox and other fitness races by building volume and intensity under fatigue by addressing:


  • Volume Building: Build volume with various exercises such as wall ball shots.
  • Capacity Testing: Periodically test your capacity under high aerobic fatigue combined with running.
  • Strength: Get under and push heavy loads (like sled work) to build strength.
  • Skill Practice: Put in the work building your skills with loaded lunges, farmer carries, and burpee broad jumps.

Coached Classes: Tuesday & Thursday 7am

Includes access to Open Gym MWF at 7am and Monday-Friday 10:45-12.

This monthly membership is for current CrossFit Salus members and includes Coached classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am as well as access to Open Gym MWF at 7am and Monday-Friday 10:45am-noon.
