CrossFit Teens classes at Salus are designed to help teens:
> increase their physical strength
> boost their confidence
> learn the movements safely
CrossFit Teens include the same mix of functional conditioning and strength training, but with less volume, than our regular CrossFit classes.
Before enrolling, ensure that all participants must be able to follow directions and adhere to COVID safety rules:
-Stay socially distant from other participants (mats are set 6 feet apart).
-Must wear a mask if going inside to use restroom or get equipment.
-Reservations are REQUIRED at least 24 hours in advance (class will cancel :30 min before class if no one is signed in).
-Participants may not attend if they have been sick within the past 14 days (cough and/or fever).
