Salus Kids CrossFit classes are designed to help kids ages 8 and over:

COVID SAFETY

Before enrolling, ensure that all participants must be able to follow directions and adhere to COVID safety rules:

-Stay socially distant from other participants (mats are set 6 feet apart).
-Must wear a mask if going inside to use restroom or get equipment.
-Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance (class will cancel :30 min before class if no one is signed in).
-Participants may not attend if they have been sick within the past 14 days (cough and/or fever).

  • Semi-private CrossFit classes (class size limited to 12)
  • Classic CrossFit-style classes include body weight training, safe introduction to external loading, metabolic conditioning and skill work
  • Exercise modifications and form check with a certified CrossFit Trainer!
  • Space is limited.
