Salus CrossFit Kids classes are designed to help kids ages 8 and over:
>increase body awareness
>boost physical strength
> enhance confidence
> learn the movements safely
Before enrolling, ensure that all participants must be able to follow directions and adhere to COVID safety rules:
-Stay socially distant from other participants (mats are set 6 feet apart).
-Must wear a mask if going inside to use restroom or get equipment.
-Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance (class will cancel :30 min before class if no one is signed in).
-Participants may not attend if they have been sick within the past 14 days (cough and/or fever).
