Salus Kids & PreTeens CrossFit classes are designed to help kids:

> learn the movements safely

Choose a 5-pack of classes (2 month expiration) or a monthly membership (*currently available for kids 8+ only).

One-time drop-in for new athletes.

SAFETY RULES

Before enrolling, ensure that all participants must be able to follow directions and adhere to safety rules regarding equipment use and sanitation.

-Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance (class will cancel :30 min before class if no one is signed in).
-Participants may not attend if they have been sick within the past 14 days (cough and/or fever).

Features

  • PreTeens class Wednesdays at 4:15 and Saturdays at 10:30
  • Kids class Fridays at 4:15
  • :45 minute sessions
  • Semi-private CrossFit classes
  • Classic CrossFit-style classes include body weight training, safe introduction to external loading, metabolic conditioning and skill work
  • Exercise modifications and form check with a certified CrossFit Trainer!
  • Space is limited.

Monthly membership option also available for PreTeens ages 9-12.
