Weightlifting should not be confused with powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general weight training.
- Weightlifting consists of two events; the snatch and the clean-and-jerk.
- Powerlifting consists of three events: back squat, deadlift and bench press.
Train with a USAW or USAPL Certified Coach
We have both USAW and USAPL Certified Coaches on staff.
Train one-on-one or have a remote weightlifting or powerlifting program designed for your specific goals that you can implement on your own.
