Hi! I’m Angela. I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for over 20 years. As a Sports Nutritionist, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Coach, I love helping others reach their goals. I’m a mom of twins, so I can relate to many struggles parents face when it comes to self-care.
