I am so happy I decided to join the CrossFit Salus family. After driving past their facility for years I finally made the move to give it a try. I wanted to find a place where I could reboot my fitness routine and learn something new in the process. Gino and Angie along with the rest of the coaching team were so welcoming and supportive day one walking through the door. They have truly cultivated a wonderful community at Salus due to their unending commitment, experience and dedication. The coaches are world class athletes who make each class exciting. Their attention to detail in regards to the core fundamentals of weightlifting is amazing!
